Sign our petition and demand that our lawmakers pass a bill of equal protection!

WHEREAS, all human life begins at fertilization, created in the image of God; and

WHEREAS, the government’s first and most important duty is to protect innocent human life; and

WHEREAS, an average of 18 reported innocent babies are murdered through legalized abortion in the state of South Carolina every day; and

WHEREAS, another 23 South Carolina pre-born babies are legally being taken out of state to be murdered; and

WHEREAS, thousands of more South Carolina babies are legally being murdered through “DIY” at-home abortions; and

WHEREAS, the only just way to end legalized abortion is to provide all pre-born babies equal protection of the laws, beginning at fertilization.

THEREFORE, be it resolved that the South Carolina Legislature must immediately pass H.3537 / S.783, The South Carolina Prenatal Equal Protection Act, which provides 14th Amendment protection of SC Homicide Laws for all pre-born babies, beginning at fertilization.
